Exhibitor List
To receive an Exhibitor List, prior to the start of
judging, exhibitors must check in at the Michigan Poultry Fanciers club table before
cooping-in. Extra Exhibitor Lists will
be available after judging begins at 9am Saturday morning
The Show
This is a two day poultry show. All entries must be cooped-in by 9am on
Saturday morning. The show will conclude
by 11am on Sunday morning and exhibitors will be asked to coop-out at that
time.
*Junior Exhibitors – Early Coop-Out!
Junior exhibitors may coop-out early, beginning at 6pm, on Saturday if
they need to due to other weekend obligations.
If they do not coop-out during this early coop-out time they must wait
to coop-out on Sunday, at 11am, when the show concludes. This is to avoid any confusion and for the
security of the investments of all exhibitors.
Junior exhibitors that coop-out on Saturday will be eligible for Open
Show awards up to the Class Championship levels, since final judging
won’t be completed until Sunday.
Of course Junior Exhibitors are encouraged to stay for the entire
show.
Sale Coops will be available at $3.00 each. Only exhibitors may sell
poultry at the show in the Sale Area and they are encouraged to write their
cell phone number on their sale coop tags to aid buyers in locating them. No selling is allowed outside the
building. Contact Kim Aldrich if you can
volunteer some time to oversee this area.
Bird Auction
We will feature a fundraising auction on Saturday at
1:30pm to benefit Michigan Poultry Fanciers. Kim Aldrich will be the auctioneer.
Anyone wishing to donate show quality birds should contact him.
Raffle Tables
Many great prizes are being donated by individuals and area businesses for our
annual fund-raising raffle. You do not have to be present during the drawing to
win, but winners that aren’t present must pay to have items sent to them
if the postage is over $1 or forfeit the prize. Contact Kathy Blehm if you can volunteer some
time to help man the raffle tables or have something to donate.
