Exhibitors
Table
Exhibitors
must check in at the Michigan Poultry Fanciers club table before
cooping-in. You will be assigned your exhibitors
number and receive an exhibitor list. We
can also help you with information on the Alma area.
Sale Coops
Sale coops are
available for $3.00 each. Only exhibitors and/or MPF members may sell
poultry at the show and only in the sale area. Sale coops are limited to 4 LF or 6 Bantams per cage. No selling is allowed outside the
building. Sale coops may be ordered on your entry form or purchased at
the show. Contact Kim Aldrich if you are
willing to help oversee this area.
Poultry Supplies
Victor
Hakes with Twin City Poultry
Supplies, (614) 595-8608 (TwinCityPoultrySupplies.com),
will be at the show. You can save on shipping costs by placing your
orders ahead of time for poultry supplies and picking up the merchandise at the
show.
Take Down
Immediately after
birds are released we begin to take down of cages and clean the buildings. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Raffle/Silent Auction
Many great prizes are
being donated by individuals and businesses for our annual fund-raising raffle
and silent auction. You do not have to be present during the drawing to win
raffle prizes, but winners that do not pick up their prizes during the show
must pay the postage to have items sent or make arrangements to pick them up
within 30 days after the show. The silent auction will end at 9am on
Sunday. Contact Kim Aldrich if you have
something to donate.
